Registration for SIDM2020 is now open, offering full conference and partial registration options.

Please note that in order to receive CME/CNE credit, you must be registered as a medical professional.

Non-SIDM members who register for the full conference will receive a SIDM membership through June 30, 2021.

SIDM Professional Member: $300

Trainee/Patient/Patient Advocate: $225

 

One Day Registration (Includes Patient Summit)

Professional: $175

SIDM2020 Bundles

Ticket bundles include recognition on the SIDM website, in the online program, and during the conference. All who register through a bundle will be given a complimentary SIDM membership through June 30, 2021. For questions about packages, please contact Tina Huff at tina.huff@improvediagnosis.org.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@improvediagnosis.org and received on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after this cut-off deadline. Fee does not apply to Patient Summit (Only) registration.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Med-IQ and Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine.
